We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Sahara Cargo Service app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Sahara Cargo Service app won’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Sahara Cargo Service Logistics Private Limited will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Sahara Cargo Service Logistics Private Limited cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

You shall ensure that You will not indulge in any of the following activities while using the service asking the service provider to break any Police and/or government rules for any purpose (especially getting the service faster). The service provider has the right to refuse such a request by You.
You agree and acknowledge that the use of the Services offered by Sahara Cargo Service is at Your sole risk and that Sahara Cargo Service disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as to condition, suitability, quality, merchantability and fitness for any purposes are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Without prejudice to the above, Sahara Cargo Service makes no representation or warranty that the Services will meet the customer’s requirements. In all circumstances Sahara Cargo Service’s liability is limited to the service fee paid by You for the transaction in question.
Sahara Cargo Service will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service offered by the Company, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Sahara Cargo Service shall be entitled at any time without giving any reason to terminate the request for services from You.
If You have any complaint in respect of the Services, you must inform Sahara Cargo Service of the same in writing within 24 hours of using the Services of Sahara Cargo Service.
Sahara Cargo Service shall not be liable for any conduct or behavior or actions of third party service providers. However, Sahara Cargo Service encourages you to notify it of any complaints that you may have against the service provider that you may have hired using Sahara Cargo Service's services.
Partners will only run Your errands as per your instructions. In the interest of user privacy, partners do not check any bags or packages for any contents. You are solely responsible for the contents of the packages.
Scheduling and rescheduling a task depends on the availability of Sahara Cargo Service partners at the time of scheduling and at the time of running the task. Should you choose to reschedule a task at a later point in time it will be considered as a new task.
Under no circumstances can we run any tasks which are immoral or unlawful in nature. Sahara Cargo Service reserves the right to refuse to perform any tasks on the grounds of such tasks being immoral/unlawful/banned. Sahara Cargo Service may also refuse to perform any task on the grounds that such task is prohibited under any contract to which we are party.
To help the service provider to serve you better, please provide as much information as possible regarding the task.
The Company is hereby authorized to use the location based information provided by any of the telecommunication companies when You use the mobile phone to request a service. The location based information will be used only to facilitate and improve service offerings to You.
In the event your task requires the purchase or sale of any product or service, such product or service is provided to you from a third party merchant. Any grievance with such product or service should be raised with such merchant. You understand and acknowledge that except for the Services, Sahara Cargo Service by itself does not sell or provide any such product or service. Sahara Cargo Service is not responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness of such product or service.
It is clarified and is to be understood that Sahara Cargo Service is an intermediary as per the Information Technology Act, 2000
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Sahara Cargo Service Logistics Private Limited does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
